We contacted you last winter (2011) to look at options to improve our old existing sunroom. Our old sunroom was suppose to be a year round room but we were lucky to use it a few months of the year. The rooms comfort was at the mercy of the outside temperature and we had to have work done on the roof several times to keep it water tight. Even with a ceiling fan it was just to hot in the summer and too cold in the winter to use very much and the windows were often foggy or frosted up.
The complete project was handled in a professional manner from beginning to end with Patriot. We had the old room removed and replaced it with a 12×16 gable room with a sliding patio door. we went with glass bottom transoms and couldn’t believe the expanded view we now have of the lake. We added a GE heater/AC unit and a ceiling fan and the energy efficiency of the room, windows and patio door have allowed us to enjoy the sunroom all year long as an extension of our regular living space.

Jonathan is a professional. He explained the project from start to finish, areas where”construction time might need adjusting,patiently repeating various points to my father ( very hard of hearing) and then gave us the time needed for us to consider and choose options,colors,etc. As a result, I feel that the completed sun room turned out exactly as we envisioned, designed by us, not for us.
Drew and Zach did an excellent job throughout the construction. There will always be things that need tweaking,as the building progresses. The few times this happened the choices and end results were thoroughly explained and constructed exactly as discussed. Additionally their ability to communicate friendly and professionally assured this experience was a pleasurable one.
Just keep treating your customers as you would expect them to treat you if the roles were reversed. Then, as we all move through life, it will be much more enjoyable. And yes, I will refer friends to you. Should be easy after they have relaxed in the room.

Love, love ,Love our sun room. We have a sign on our wall that says “This is my Piece of Paradise” and it really is. Our room is not very big (10×12) but with the glass roof, it is so bright and cheery, I always feel good when I’m out there. It’s peace and quiet ( no TV or Radio allowed ) Our cats practically live in it – they have a fantastic view of the yard from their cat tree. I’m amazed how comfortable it stayed during the hot summer months.
We spend a lot of time out there – morning coffee brings a show of critters we could not see much of during the day. Every afternoon we eat our lunch out in our sunroom. It’s our favorite place to read a book , play cards or just relax.
We have two tables in our room- a small patio table for four, a small double drop leaf table for two and a microwave cabinet that stores my sewing machine and accessories. When I have a sewing project, that’s where you’ll find me- I sew on one table and iron on the other.I couldn;t ask for better lighting than mother nature. That’s also where I put together jigsaw puzzles.
I recently read a real estates article that mentioned sunrooms were not a good investment because people don’t tend to use them much. WRONG!! Our neighbors showed us their Patriot Sunroom with glass ceiling and mentioned that they spend a lot of time in theirs.They ( along with our salesman, Mike ) were instrumental in our decision to have Patriot build our room. Patriot went above and beyond when building our room and we are very happy and satisfied customers.

We were very impressed with Jonathans’ knowledge of the Patriot products. He was not pushy. He let us have ample time to decide our window provider.
Wes and his helpers were fantastic. They were very thorough, tidy and fast. He worked around our schedule and our dogs. Our exterior stucco required more work than regular installation. Wes answered all our questions and helped me install the dryer vent! A great asset to customer service.
