Love, love ,Love our sun room. We have a sign on our wall that says “This is my Piece of Paradise” and it really is. Our room is not very big (10×12) but with the glass roof, it is so bright and cheery, I always feel good when I’m out there. It’s peace and quiet ( no TV or Radio allowed ) Our cats practically live in it – they have a fantastic view of the yard from their cat tree. I’m amazed how comfortable it stayed during the hot summer months.
We spend a lot of time out there – morning coffee brings a show of critters we could not see much of during the day. Every afternoon we eat our lunch out in our sunroom. It’s our favorite place to read a book , play cards or just relax.
We have two tables in our room- a small patio table for four, a small double drop leaf table for two and a microwave cabinet that stores my sewing machine and accessories. When I have a sewing project, that’s where you’ll find me- I sew on one table and iron on the other.I couldn;t ask for better lighting than mother nature. That’s also where I put together jigsaw puzzles.
I recently read a real estates article that mentioned sunrooms were not a good investment because people don’t tend to use them much. WRONG!! Our neighbors showed us their Patriot Sunroom with glass ceiling and mentioned that they spend a lot of time in theirs.They ( along with our salesman, Mike ) were instrumental in our decision to have Patriot build our room. Patriot went above and beyond when building our room and we are very happy and satisfied customers.

Wes and his helpers were fantastic. They were very thurough, tidy and fast. He worked around our scheduleand our dogs. Our exterior stuco required more work than regular installation. Wes answered all our questions and helped me install the dryer vent! A great asset to customer service.

Matt was outstanding! He worked around my schedule several times. He thoroughly explained all the details of the project and demonstrated the materials. He patiently answered all of my questions – quickly ( and there were a lot of them )I felt comfortable contacting him with any questions along the way knowing that he would be responsive and respectable every time. I truly appreciated his assistance working through the project. I loved that he checked on the work and even had Wes do something he noticed.
Cindy and Angie were always cheerful, courteous, helpful and quick to accommodate my needs. ( Especially when I was trying to meet a deadline )
Wes was outstanding! I really appreciated the way he cleaned up and was responsive with his offers to help me ( above and beyond the call of duty ) in several occasions. I quickly sensed that I could trust him in my home. I was very grateful for the extra efforts he made to help me and for the way he communicated so I’d always know the plans for the following day.

Thank you for your last visit and to care about your products on how people feel after our beautiful and warm sunroom is. The sunroom is my sanctuary place I go in the morning for my breakfast and to watch the sunrise. I know , some mornings that God is there to tell me of His Awesome power of the beauty outside my four walls. My husband appreciates the quietness we have in the sunroom because there is no radio or TV or music and he can take a good book and relax there on the sofa.
We occasionally play a card game after supper and discuss things and listen to the birds singing, watching the buffalo across the road walking to get there shade under the pine trees, the small puppies next door barking for attention and to quiet ourselves for the evening.
All in all, we love our sunroom. It is a warm place to be in the winter time when the snow is on the ground and the cardinals perch themselves on the branches and their plummage sparkles.
Don and I love nature and we can admire it from every angle of our sunroom especially in the fall of the indian summer.
